  • Sensitive Information: If your request includes specific medical or mobility requirements, this data is used strictly to ensure the equipment sourced meets your health and safety needs. By requesting these services, you consent to us sharing these requirements with potential suppliers for the sole purpose of fulfillment.

7. Logistics Coordination (Hotel & Airbnb)

    Communication:  we may share your name and delivery schedule with your Hotel Concierge or Airbnb host to facilitate seamless equipment drop-off and collection.
