We currently deliver across England. Delivery availability may vary depending on postcode. If your area is outside our standard coverage, additional charges may apply.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Delivery and collection times are agreed at the time of booking.

• We aim to deliver within the selected time window.

• While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

 

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on:

• Distance

• Duration of hire

All delivery charges will be clearly stated in your quotation before payment.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must:

• Ensure clear and safe access for delivery and collection.

• Be present at the agreed time or arrange authorised access.

• Inspect the equipment upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues.

Failure to provide access may result in additional delivery charges.

 

5. Risk & Responsibility

Responsibility for the equipment transfers to the customer upon delivery and remains until collection.
