Refund Policy

1. Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before delivery: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before delivery: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before delivery: No refund.

2. Rescheduling

Bookings may be rescheduled once free of charge (subject to availability) if requested at least 72 hours before delivery.

3. Business Cancellations

If Rent It Smart is unable to fulfil your booking, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative product (subject to agreement).

 

4. Early Returns

No refunds are provided for unused hire time once equipment has been delivered.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
